THIS IS AN INTERNET ONLY AUCTION.

The bidding closes the first 3 items at the preset time and  then closes 3 items per minute thereafter to the last item in catalog order.  Bidding is extended up to 5 minutes on any item that receives a bid in the last minute to prevent snipe bidding.

REMOVAL: Pick up is every Thursday from 12 Noon to 7 PM and the First Saturday of each month.  (Pick up hours are subject to change, current pick up hours can be found on the calendar page) You are expected to pick up all of your auctions WEEKLY during this time, unless you have prearranged alternate pick up arrangements.

PLEASE NOTE: There are no refunds for items not picked up on time!  If your items are not removed by the second available pick up date and you have not contacted us to make alternate arrangements, your items will be considered abandoned and no longer available to you and no refunds will be given

BUYER'S PREMIUM and Indiana Sales Tax: A 15% buyer’s premium and 7% Indiana Sales Tax on the final bid including the 15% premium will be added to each purchase. If you bid $100.00, at check out you will be charged $123.05. .Tax is calculated on final bid plus premium.

PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Paypal, Cash or Check with valid ID. You must have a credit card on file to bid on our auctions, this allows us to verify you as a real person vs a scammer. At the conclusion of the auction you will be emailed an invoice with a total of the items you won. .

There will be a link to pay your invoice via Paypal along with notice of other payment options.  Payments for all invoices are due and payable by close of business each Thursday.  Unpaid invoices will be applied to your credit card on file and willinclude a $20 fee to offset processing your payment in this manner.

PRE-AUTHORIZATION: A $1.00 pre-authorization amount will be applied to your auction for each auction you bid in. This charge is a pending-only charge meant to verify your credit card on file and will drop off once the auction has ended. It will not post permanently to your account. If you have any questions, please contact us. If you feel this charge was mistakenly posted to your account, you must provide a bank statement showing that the charge was POSTED (not pending) to your account. .

Staff bidding : Please note that staff bidding is allowed in this auction, any one from the staff is welcome to bid on and purchase items for the high bid.

Seller bidding: Bidding by the seller/consignor of item(s) in this auction is prohibited as this constitutes shill bidding.

Bidding Errors:
 Bidding errors must be corrected by contacting us prior to the close of the auction.  NO BIDS CAN BE CHANGED AFTER THE CLOSE OF AN AUCTION.

Bid Notification: If you have been outbid you will be notified by email until the auction begins to close. To quickly review your bids and see if you have won, you can utilize the 'review bids' feature. Items that you have been outbid on will be clearly marked.

Winning Bidder Notification: You will be contacted by email ONLY (you are responsible for checking your email and keeping your profile updated with current email addresses) If you feel you have won an item and have not received an email, you must notify us via our contact submission form no later than 9am the next day. .

IMPORTANT TAX EXEMPT STATUS :. All invoices will include 7% sales tax unless we have a copy of your tax exempt certificate on file PRIOR to the close of the auction.  Once it is on file, it covers all auctions on our site until the expiration date on the certificate.

Catalog Inaccuracies: You are bidding on the described item, not the photo. Occasionally the wrong photo is displayed. Please always read the item description.

WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS” with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied by the lot number affixed to the item.  We will do our best to describe items accurately and describe any testing performed.  Time constraints limit the amount of testing we can do, so bid accordingly.

CHOOSE WISELY: We want everyone to get a good deal and most will. However, when you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited for your intended use, our clients are not willing to assume the cost of your mistakes. When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please contact us for more information or bid accordingly.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract and/or agreement, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgments upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Venue will be Clark County, IN.

Liability: SSTC Auction Gallery and Sellers(s) liability shall be limited to the refund of bidder(s) purchase price.

LIMITATIONS: The above-stated Conditions of Sale cannot be altered except in writing by SSTC Auction Gallery.
