Terms: REMOVAL: Pick up is every Thursday from 12 Noon to 7 PM and the First Saturday of each month. You are expected to pick up all of your auctions WEEKLY during this time, unless you have prearranged alternate pick up arrangements.

PLEASE NOTE: There are no refunds for items not picked up on time! If your items are not removed by the second available pick up date and you have not contacted us to make alternate arrangements, you items will be considered abandoned and no longer available to you and no refunds will be given.

BUYER'S PREMIUM and Indiana Sales Tax: A 15% buyer’s premium and 7% Indiana Sales Tax on the final bid including the 15% premium will be added to each purchase.

PAYMENT: You will have the option of paying for your invoices via Paypal through the link on your invoice or during scheduled pick up hours with CASH or CHECK. All invoices MUST be paid by close of business on our scheduled pick up day which is currently Thursday of each week from 12 noon until 7PM.

You are required to have a valid and active credit card on file to bid on our auctions. This card will be billed for any invoices that are unpaid at the close of business each Thursday. All unpaid invoices for the current week’s auctions will be combined and charged to your card on file. There will be a $20 handling fee added to the total of the open invoices to offset processing your payment in this manner.

BIDDING ERRORS: Bidding errors must be corrected by contacting us prior to the close of the auction. NO BIDS CAN BE CHANGED AFTER THE CLOSE OF AN AUCTION.

BID NOTIFICATION: If you have been outbid you will be notified by email until the auction begins to close. To quickly review your bids and see if you have won, you can utilize the 'review bids' feature. Items that you have been outbid on will be clearly marked.

WINNING BIDDER NOTIFICATION: You will be contacted by email ONLY (you are responsible for checking your email and keeping your profile updated with current email addresses) If you feel you have won an item and have not received an email, you must notify us via our contact submission form no later than 9am the next day. .

CATALOG INACCURACIES: You are bidding on the described item, not the photo. Occasionally the wrong photo is displayed. Please always read the item description.

WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS” with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied by the lot number affixed to the item. We will do our best to describe items accurately and describe any testing performed. Time constraints limit the amount of testing we can do, so bid accordingly.

Directions: America Place Business Park is off 10th Street in Jeffersonville. The easiest way to reach our 278 B1 space is to come up 10th Street to Main Street. Turn left onto Main and at the stop sign at the end, go straight into the Business Park. Follow the road all the way to the back until it curves to the right, follow it around the curve and go straight until you come to the 278 Building. We are on the side about mid way down. There is a wood ADA ramp at our door.
